When I cut the wood for the trailer frame, I cut the cross supports first then cut the perimeter boards. After assembing all these parts, I found the cross supports to be a bit short. I thought of a couple ways to hide this but nothing struck me as okay. Covering the short boards with wood or metal would look ugly. Then thought I would route a decorative design to hide the error. Found a few ideas online and found one that would be easy. Made a template and cut them out. They should look good after I paint the frame. I need to go over the bottom edge with the roundover bits once more to finish up the design.
