Been trying to get some of the small parts painted, it's been a challenge with the cold weather. I paint the parts outside then bring them into the rec room to warm up and cure. I'm thinking about making me a hot box to dry and cure the paint. I used one back when I use to build model cars. 

Something that has been a challenge is how to put a slight bend in the handle for the wagon. I looked at a conduit bender but the radius was too large, I wanted to keep the bend in a small area of the pipe. My fear was putting some kind of kink or bend in the pipe, I wanted a nice smooth bend like the original handle pipe. I watched some You Tube videos and saw some ideas. Most involved filling the pipe with sand then heating it up till red. I have sand but don't have any way to heat the pipe. I capped one end of the pipe, filled it with sand, packed the sand tight then capped the other end. I used the trailer hitch receptacle on my truck and a couple pieces of plywood and got the bend I wanted. I came out pretty good, no kinks and just the slightest of dimples from the plywood.
